We start with a weight loss consultation, which includes a history, a physical exam and personalized lab recommendations. Based on these findings a personalized weight loss plan will be implemented for you.

TESTING

Through our partnership with Inara Health and Wellness, we can provide more
extensive personalized lab testing which can assist in identifying causes of
weight gain. Common lab testing used to support weight loss are described
below.
 Hormone Testing – Achieving hormone balance is a critical component
involved in healthy metabolism. We routinely evaluate and treat the
following hormone imbalances:
o Thyroid
o Adrenal /Cortisol
o Menopause/PMS/Sex hormone imbalance
o Testosterone
o Blood glucose/Insulin resistance
o Leptin

NUTRITION 

To further support your weight loss journey we offer nutritional support with the concept of nutrient based eating.
